One Million Square Feet Later. Still the Same Mission.
A million square feet isn’t just a number, it’s long days, detailed planning, and making sure nothing gets missed. As a termite inspector, my job starts well before the fumigation. It’s about identifying the problem, understanding the structure, and making sure we set the team up for success from the very beginning.
Every section of that property had to be carefully inspected. Every recommendation had to be precise. Because on a job this size, there’s no room for guesswork.
Once everything was in place, it became a full team effort. Coordination, communication, and trust across every level—from inspection to fumigation—made the difference. Watching it all come together and knowing we handled it safely and correctly… that’s something I take pride in.
But here’s the truth:
Whether It’s One Home or One Million Square Feet
The approach doesn’t change.
I treat every property the same way—whether I’m inspecting a small home or a massive commercial facility. Because to the customer, their property is just as important as this one was.
It’s never just “another job.”
It’s making sure the work is thorough.
It’s making sure the treatment is right.
It’s making sure we leave it better than we found it.
Getting It Done — And Getting It Done Right
This project was a big one, no doubt. But at the end of the day, it comes back to the same goal we have on every job:
Do it right the first time.
That’s what I focus on when I’m out in the field. And that’s what our entire team is committed to—no matter the size of the job.
